General Questions

Where is Good Manufacturing located?

Good Manufacturing is located in Marysville, WA, where we build all of our trailers and modular structures. But we sell all of our products nationwide. We’re constantly expanding our network of Good Manufacturing dealerships, too!

Doors may be installed in a number of configurations to meet the needs of different applications.

  • Back panel lift doors come standard on all trailers. They open and extend fully, offering plenty of room for loading and unloading.
  • Entry doors are available on all cargo trailers.
  • Lift panels are available on wall panels for all enclosed trailers. The raised panels double as an overhanging roof to provide additional dry space around your trailer during inclement weather. Perfect for concession trailers!

How much are the trailers?

A GoodMFG hydraulic drop deck trailer lowers all the way to the ground, making both loading and unloading exceptionally easy. While a tilt trailer also assists with loading, our system allows you to fine tune the raising and lowering of the trailer to account for slopes and differences in terrain. This provides you with all the utility of a tilt trailer alongside the full functionality of a lay-flat trailer.

Pickup timelines depend on the level of customization.

  • Standard trailers (no customization). There’s a good chance we’ll have the unit in stock for immediate pick up. If not, a new trailer can generally be built and delivered within 3 weeks.
  • Custom trailers. We can generally build your custom trailer within 10 to 12 weeks of receiving your final specifications and requests.

Please note these timelines can vary slightly as our production calendar fills up, so always verify your specific delivery or pickup date with your GoodMFG representative or local dealer.

Questions About Good Modular Structures

What are modular structures?
A Good Modular Structure turned into an admissions or ticket booth, customized with ticket window closed.

GoodMFG modular structures are prefabricated buildings made of individual sections (“modules”). Each module is built in a controlled factory setting before being transported to a construction site for rapid assembly.

This building method offers several advantages over traditional construction.

  • Standardization. Modules are built to standard dimensions and specifications, ensuring efficient production and assembly.
  • Flexibility. Modules can be combined to create different layouts and customized configurations.

Our patented corner casters and corner connectors allow us to stack and link and an unlimited number of structures horizontally. For vertical configurations, we can stack them three stories high.

Yes, Good Modular Structures are specifically designed for use with our patent-pending corner connectors. To ensure safety and stability, we do not recommend stacking the units without them.

Your permitting needs will depend greatly on the specific location where you intend to use the unit. Our experts can help you investigate local permitting requirements to determine whether installation will be feasible in your area.

Pickup timelines for modular structures depend on the customization.

  • Standard structures (no customization). There’s a good chance we have a version in stock for immediate delivery. If not, a new basic modular structure can generally be built and delivered within 3 weeks. This applies to common studio shed and mobile office builds as well. 
  • Custom modular structures. We can generally build your custom modular structure within 10 to 12 weeks of receiving your final specifications and requests.

Which territories and regions are available for dealerships?

We currently have open dealership territories available in most states within the United States. We are actively looking to expand our network.

We have experience working with various dealership setups, from large established lots to smaller start-up operations, and even dealers in the early stages of a new location. Our successful dealers typically have at least a few Good Trailers on their lots for demo purposes, allowing customers to see the functionality of our hydraulic drop deck lowering trailers.
