Comfortable construction offices
Setting up your next job site is a snap with Good Manufacturing. Construction offices are some of our most popular products.
You’ll get to see two versions of our special construction structures here. The GT13FL offers a comfortable towable office space.
The GM13ST construction office is a portable modular building that sets up fast. One of our most popular versions includes a bathroom, built-in desk space, and a fold-out sleeper sofa for those long nights where you need to remain on-site and available for night-time construction crews, but still need to catch a couple of hours of shut-eye while you can.
The longer version is also great for people who are custom-building their dream home, offering them a cozy basecamp to work from while they build.
Either option solves several problems: our structures are sturdier and more durable than the typical temporary offices set up at most construction sites. They’re less vulnerable to extreme weather conditions and are far more fire-resistant.

A Lowering Flatbed Trailer
Our flatbed trailers can bring equipment to any jobsite. Load it all up with ease.
These trailers with hydraulic lifts lower almost all the way to the ground, allowing us to add a very short foldable ramp. Equipment essentially rolls right onto the trailer as if it’s rolling right into the garage.
And yes, we’re happy to let you hit the buttons on the GT13FL we’ll be bringing with us! Raising and lowering any one of our drop deck trailers is just fun.
A Studio Office with Double Doors
Build a studio shed, add a temporary office to any job site, and enjoy plenty of space with our customizable studio offices.
You’ll be able to walk around inside this unit, and experience how roomy and comfortable it is for itself. There are plenty of options for interior customization.
These double doors are a very popular option, by the way, because they are so comfortable and
roomy to pass through. They combine with our standard windows to let plenty of natural light inside, ensuring each office is a pleasant place to work.
