The Set-up
While fully customizable, our standard configuration for this unit adds a bed, bath, and shower to the top unit, making it possible to maintain both an office space and an apartment in a single, seamless structure.
To create this stackable trailer, we combine several key innovations into one, powerful package. A hydraulic drop deck provides seamless, accessible ground-level entry, complemented by a low-grade attached ramp that folds and secures for transit. A foldable tow bar preserves storage and site space while reducing one of the safety hazards commonly associated with trailer tow bars.
Users benefit from other innovations as well. Climate-control add-ons make it possible for employees to work hard and sleep easy during a California July or a North Dakota December.
Patent-pending composite aluminum panels provide R-4.5 wall insulation and R-5.45 roof insulation. Tinted windows provide additional options for light and temperature control. The panels, backed by a 15-year structural warranty, synergize with galvanized steel framing to create a durable mobile office capable of serving users over the long haul (in both senses of the word).

Hauling
While the trailers cannot be hauled in stacking mode, it is easy to raise and lower the top unit with a simple forklift. A skilled professional can install and secure the corner casters in a matter of minutes.
Once assembled, the structure is ready to serve the needs of the job site for months. Because the bottom half of the structure is a trailer on wheels, users may expect to sidestep many common permitting problems associated with temporary office or living space placement. Plumbing and electrical hookups are included.
Assembly
Patented corner casters secure the lower floor to the upper floor, instantly creating a single, sturdy, stable, and seamless two-story structure that delivers superior stability.
Users can walk around the second floor without causing so much as a shudder thanks to the engineering advancements Good Manufacturing made while developing this product.
