Why Become a GoodMFG® Dealer

A GoodMFG Worker on a Ladder

Why become a GoodMFG® dealer?

Our dealer network is relatively young, so you might feel skeptical about becoming a GoodMFG® dealer. Risks and unknown quantities are expensive.

At GoodMFG® we get that. Which is why we want to provide you with some reasons to at least consider becoming part of our growing dealer network.

Who We Work With

We work both with trailer dealers and with shed, structure, or storage dealers.

We prefer you to at least have a lot and an existing business to work with.

If you’d like to start the conversation, just reach out. We’ll send you a pre-qualification application that will help us gather more details and determine whether our products might be a good fit for you.

While we’re eager to expand our network, we want to be thoughtful and intentional about who we partner with, too. That could be you. And that’s actually an advantage, because if you do become one of our dealers, you do so knowing we won’t just take the first person who comes along and buys ten trailers to resell.

Be One of the First

Be one of the first dealers in your region to change the game.

Lowering deck trailers are still relatively new. There are only a few different versions on the market, and they still aren’t available to most customers. Plus, ours come with additional innovations and features that make them especially relevant.

Which innovations, you ask?

Start with our composite aluminum panels, which deliver R-4.5 insulation on the walls and R-5.45 insulation on the roof panel. In a world where temperature extremes are more common than ever, the ability to stay warmer or cooler isn’t a meaningless luxury. It’s a vital safety feature that could make all the difference to a team.

There are also the folding tow bars you’ll find on every trailer. These aren’t just a gimmick. They’re another vital safety feature given trip and fall hazards are one of the most common sources of both personal injury cases and workers’ compensation claims.

When it comes to our modular structures, the ability to stack, link, and combine structures and to deploy an individual structure in less than a day is a vital advantage in a world where many organizations need functional, cost-effective structures fast. As building costs go up modular construction becomes more relevant than ever.

While some of your customers may be looking for a mere “shed” to put some tools in, others will be looking for more sophisticated solutions. Your dealership could be the first to offer them.

Meet a Major Demand

Both our trailers and our modular structures meet emergent marketplace demands.

The Power of Low Deck Height

In today’s market, the height of a trailer deck has emerged as a crucial selling point. Why? Because a lower deck height directly translates to easier, safer, and faster loading and unloading.

This isn’t just about convenience. It significantly reduces manual labor, minimizes the risk of injury, and accelerates workflow for users.

We’re seeing this market shift even from industry giants. For example, U-Haul is now prominently advertising their own lower deck heights in comparison to other major movers—a clear signal that the market is prioritizing accessibility and ease of use. (And spoiler alert: even their “low” decks are still significantly higher than a GoodMFG trailer when it’s resting on the ground, offering true ground-level access). U-haul measures their lower deck in feet (2.5′), but we measure in inches (5.2″).

By providing genuinely low-profile solutions, you’ll directly address this growing demand, offering a key advantage that saves your customers time, effort, and potential inventory.

The Strength of Modular

The modular structures market is experiencing significant growth. It’s projected to grow at a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 6.2% from 2024 to 2029, expanding from USD 104.1 billion to USD 140.8 billion.

One of the big draws is the cost-effectiveness of this model. On average, the average cost of a modular structure (not a home) ranges from $50 to $400 per square foot, depending on complexity and customization.

Our basic units are especially cost effective within the market, ranging from $98.29 to $102.34 per square foot. Even some of our studio shed units, which include air conditioners and electrical outlets, come in at less than $200 per square foot. And when you can use our patented corner connection system to combine buildings, you gain a lot of versatility. You can stack them 3 high or link an unlimited number on the ground.

For dealers, this means you’ve got an exceptional array of solutions to offer a broader range of customers than you may be serving now, and that can mean a big win for you and your company.
