Good Modular Structures are built with patent-pending composite aluminum panel construction. We sandwich polystyrene foam between thick sheets of #5025 aluminum which fit into a galvanized steel frame with zero tolerance precision. If a dime can’t fit through a seam, a mouse can’t either.
You get scent-lock technology when you choose a Good Modular Structure. Wood absorbs and leeches the organic smell of treated seed. Our aluminum-polystyrene sandwich construction acts as an olfactory barrier. If rats can’t smell it, they won’t target it.

How can you keep water and condensation away from your seeds?

Standard metal containers act like “sweat boxes” because the metal transfers heat directly to the interior air. Good Modular Structures’ #5052 aluminum and polystyrene foam core panel construction creates a true thermal break.
This prevents the interior walls from reaching the “dew point,” effectively eliminating the “internal rain” that ruins paper seed bags.
We also use deep gasket weatherproofing. Forget caulk. We use high-grade, thick rubber panel seals recessed deep into our galvanized steel frames. This ensures that even driving, horizontal rain or high-pressure power washing can’t threaten seeds.
The interior remains a zero-moisture zone.
Finally, Good Modular Structures are engineered for extreme deltas capable of handling 100°F afternoons or 40°F evening cold snaps. Insulated composite aluminum panels maintain a stable interior micro-climate. No sweating, no clumping, no lost ROI.
Plus, the way we’ve engineered our floors means you won’t be sweating when you put your seeds there. Our floors are designed for the harsh realities of agriculture. They’re made with Thermal Plastic Polyolefin (TPO) and rest on a galvanized steel subfloor. It is highly resistant to water-based fertilizers, acids, and bases. If you spill Liquid Nitrogen (UAN 28% or 32%), TPO won’t even flinch. Just make sure you wipe up any oil-based spills quickly, as allowing them to sit can warp this flooring.
