Aluminum composite panels are integral to the design of Good Trailers and Good Modular Structures, making them highly versatile and functional. These patent-pending panels are constructed by pressing 1.5 inches of rigid polystyrene foam between two sheets of strong, corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy #5052 for walls, and 2 inches of foam for roofing panels.

Insulation
Most trailers become uncomfortably hot in the summer or frigid in the winter. GoodMFG®’s products sidestep this problem by using a polystyrene foam core in all their aluminum panels. This material is an excellent natural insulator.
While the provided R-values are lower than those for residential homes, they significantly enhance comfort in our trailers and modular structures.

Adding an optional mini-split AC to your modular structure can help make it even more comfortable.
Durability
GoodMFG®’s products are designed as long-term investments.
The panels are robust, resisting rust, wear, and tear.
Extrusion capping keeps every panel smooth, while T-slotting allows for customization like adding weatherstripping, attaching signage, creating interior shelving, and more.
Sleek Aesthetics
The smooth, seamless appearance of the panels eliminates the need for visible seams and studs, giving your trailer or modular structure a modern, eye-catching look.
They’re also very easy to customize. We can effortlessly add windows, doors, skylights, and more, all without compromising the longevity of your trailer or modular structure.
You get versatility and we get the ability to provide tailored solutions for diverse needs.
