Bring the Loading Dock With You
Many delivery sites don’t have a raised dock, which can make a standard trailer far more difficult to load or unload. You often need to rely on forklifts or lift gates, and either option can be problematic.
For example, most liftgates have strict weight capacities that often cap out between 1,500 and 3,000 lbs. A heavy pallet of beverages, tiles, or industrial equipment can easily push or exceed this limit.
Standard liftgates also tilt slightly as they lower, or bounce when a heavy pallet gets moved onto them. One wrong move with a manual pallet jack on a wet, sloped lift gate can result in thousands of dollars of product left smashed on the asphalt.

First, you’ll use your hydraulic drop deck system to lower the trailer. The bottom of the trailer sits directly on the ground. The deck is just 5.4-inches high.
